We enjoyed our stay at the hotel which was located in a relatively quite area and central to the main shopping area. The staff were friendly and very helpful in arranging trips out of Buenos Aires. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends travelling to Buenos Aires and would certainly stay there again when I return to Argentina.

This turned out to be an excellent choice. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful and most are fluent in English. The hotel is well located, close to everything a tourist there for a week would want. It is modern and well kept with a great lobby and sizeable and quite rooms. I would highly recommend it and would return there on another visit.

Starting from the time of our arrival, the handsome and always friendly staff of the Amerian Buenos Aires Park Hotel went out of their way to make our 15 day stay in Buenos Aires a most enjoyable one. On the first day of our stay, when we discovered that the Ethernet port did not work in our room, the staff actually called in a network specialist to make sure that our laptop could operate from the business center. All of the front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful with any questions ranging from hailing a taxi to restaurant recommendations to finding the best tango show to helping us practice our Spanish. The daily buffet breakfast was comprehensive, including hot and cold items. The maid service was prompt and our room was made up twice daily. The rooms were very quiet and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel is also centrally located, within walking distance of all of the major buildings of interest to tourists and to the Florida Street pedestrian shopping walkway. We would be most happy to return to the Amerian Buenos Aires Park Hotel in an instant.

LOCATION
Whenever you go in the downtown area of Buenos Aires, just on the corner of Viamonte and Reconquista street, you will be able to appreciate the magnificient building of the Amerian Buenos Aires Park Hotel. It is located only two blocks from Florida street and just one block from Pacifico Galleries, in the very banking area of the city and close to Puerto Madero. It is also close to the picturesque San Martin's Square, the colossal Colón Theatre, and the best restaurants and music halls.
ACCOMMODATION
The hotel offers 140 large and comfortable rooms with the most modern equipment. There are 13 suites on the 13th and the 14 floors which have a terrace balcony with a view of the town and the river. Rooms are equipped with fine decoration and furniture, electronic locks, safety deposit box, 2-line telephone in each room, one of them with a plug in the desk for internet access, satellite color TV, minibar, radio, alarm clock, and room service.

There are non-smoking floors available as well as room and special service for handicapped people, laundry service, car rental, and valet services.

The lobby bar is decorated in the classic style of an English pub. Guests can dine at the hotel's international restaurant. There is also a private breakfast room for hotel guests.
